Tried & True

Both of us were busy tonight at dinner time and found ourselves eating a late dinner. Sometimes it just doesn't get any better than an old favorite. Delicious, and when you use mostly egg whites (I always use one whole egg for color and the rest egg whites) & pair it with wheat toast- it's nutritious too!

And yes, I still cut my toast like my mom cut it for me when I was five. Don't judge me :)

i still always cut my eggs and toast too! that's definitely what the cool kids do :)
