I haven't been feeling very well for the past 2 days so tonight I didn't have much energy to devote to cooking dinner...spaghetti was about all I could manage.
Spaghetti is a quick, easy dinner that can be on the table in about 15 minutes. Just don't forget to toss some extra veggies into the sauce for an added nutritional bonus!!!
Tonight, while the noodles were cooking, I sauteed some onion, green pepper, mushrooms:
I added half a tomato that was in the fridge and poured the sauce into the pan to warm it:
Drain the pasta, top with sauce and a little Parmesan cheese:
Meanwhile, my little guy has been taking care of me:
I'm parking it on the couch next to him for the rest of the night...
