Chicken Phillys are a Cinch!
When Brett & I moved into our first apartment, we probably made chicken phillys at least once a week. So good and so easy!
Cut up a couple of chicken breasts and saute with a little pepper and McCormicks:
Thinly slice a red/orange and a green pepper. Saute with thin slices of onion:
Toast a mini, whole wheat sub bun and top with chicken. Then add a layer of peppers and onions:
Top with a slice of pepperjack cheese and serve!
