When All Else Fails

 

When you're running short on time...

When you don't have the energy to cook...

When you have a lot of veggies in the fridge...

When you want dinner on the table in 15 minutes...


Make a stirfry!

Start your rice. Get your pan super hot. Roughly chop some veggies. Season with pepper and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Saute until crisp tender. Serve over rice.






Tonight's version has garlic, onion, green pepper, carrots, broccoli, some leftover chickpeas, and fresh spinach added at the end. I ate mine with just veggies and topped the hubby's with the leftover chicken from the chicken wraps.

That is SO funny, my plan for tonight is stir fry :) Turkey for the man, chickpeas for me! Can't wait. Yours looks awesome. Gotta love a veggie packed meal
